Nothing in this website, or in any oral contract, will be deemed to create a Licensee/Buyer relationship or contract to pay a commission. All commission agreements must be in writing and signed by us and the land owner, or we will not be bound. We are represented by a Buyer's agent who may participate in any Seller paid commissions. All brokers must provide written proof of agency with the seller.
